Two employees with COVID-19 infection die and one is hospita

On May 19, 2020, Employee #1, a licensed vocational nurse, went home early from her shift after feeling ill. She sought medical care the next day and was hospitalized on May 21, 2020; where she tested positive for COVID-19. She had provided care for residents infected with Coronavirus. The employer reported the hospitalization on May 27, 2020 and Employee # 1 passed away on May 28, 2020. On April 30, 2020, Employee # 2, a certified nursing assistant, was quarantined following a positive COVID-19 test. She was hospitalized on or around May 29, 2020, and died from the disease on June 12, 2020. The employer reported the hospitalization on June 2, 2020. Employee # 3 was hospitalized for COVID-19 and recovered.
