Investigation Summary
On May 3, 2020, an employee called his supervisor and reported not feeling well and having a fever of 103 degrees. The employee was told to quarantine and get tested for COVID-19. The employee was tested on May 4 and on May 6 he was informed that he was positive for the disease. The employee's symptoms worsened and he was admitted to the hospital on May 13. The employee died in the hospital at 12:34 p.m. on May 19, 2020, due to acute respiratory disease.
