At approximately 12:00 p.m. on May 15, 2020, an employee, who was a contracted staff employee, was providing healthcare to residents as an LPN Employee. The employee became sick with COVID-19. The employee was hospitalized on May 4, 2020, and later died from the complications of the virus on May 15, 2020.
