Investigation Summary
At 10:30 on May 19, 2020, two employees were working in a trench to install new sewer pipe. At some point, a boulder at the top of the trench fell in and struck both employees. Employee #1 died enroute to the hospital, and Employee #2 was killed at the scene from their unspecified injuries.
