At approximately 5:00 p.m. on May 15, 2020, an employee was working their normal shift on April 24, 2020. On April 25, 2020, the employee woke up, at home, with a fever, cough, and feeling lethargic. The employee was tested and received a negative result for the COVID-19 test. The employee was off work from April 25, 2020, to April 30, 2020. On April 30, 2020, the employee was admitted to the hospital and was tested for COVID-19 again. On May 2, 2020, the COVID-19 test came back negative. The employee was hospitalized from April 30, 2020, to May 15, 2020. The employee died on May 15, 2020.
