Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working for a firm that manufactured medical and surgical instruments. She worked in the production department, packing items into their place on the assembly line. On March 26, 2020, she felt ill, with symptoms of headache, cough, and fever. On April 3, 2020, she tested positive for COVID-19. On April 22, 2020, she died from a COVID-19 related illness. This was an OSHA-covered fatality.
