Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 8:16 p.m. on May 10, 2020, an employee who had been working as a temporary worker on a specialty fruit packing line died of COVID-19 infection. The employee's last reported day of work was May 1, 2020. The employee became ill on May 2, 2020, and did not return to work on the following Monday, May 4, 2020. On May 4, 2020, the employee sought medical treatment for pain in her kidneys and a temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
