Employee falls from ladder and is killed
At 10:35 a.m. on May 8, 2020, an employee was cleaning/painting a carport. The employee fell from a 10 ft "A" frame ladder. The employee was on the 3-4 step of the ladder. The employee sustained multiple skull fractures after landing on concrete. The employee was killed.
