Investigation Summary
An employee was working at a fabricated wire product manufacturer when he became sick on April 17, 2020, and did not report to work. On previous days the employee had been suffering severe headaches at work. On April 20, the employee tested positive for COVID-19 and he sent the documents to the employer. The employee was not able to get a bed at the hospital so he was told to quarantine at home. The employee died at home the morning of May 1, 2020, due to COVID-19 complications.
