Investigation Summary
At 7:44 a.m. on May 7, 2020, an employee arrived at a worksite to begin installa tion of fiber optic cable. The employee was standing on the side of the road wai ting for setup of the traffic cones for traffic control of the worksite when a 2 000 Chevrolet C35 pickup struck the employee. The employee was killed by unspeci fied, multiple blunt force injuries.
