Employee is struck by falling rack, later dies

At 12:00 a.m. on March 10, 2020, an employee was hooking up parts with a rack, and these parts were tall. The rack was overtop the parts, and the employee was hooking the parts up. The rack weighed approximately 570 pounds. The rack came unhooked and fell onto the employee and crushed him. The employee was, then, transported to the IU Hospital, where the employee later died.
