Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 11:05 a.m. on May 8, 2020, Employee # 1, a night shift supervisor, was making rounds and attending to subordinates. He primarily was responsible for after hours cleaning of the organizations medical office buildings and tenant spaces and had no direct contact with patients. Employee # 1 became ill, was sent home, and was subsequently tested for COVID-19. A few days later, his symptoms became worse. Employee # 1 tested positive for COVID-19. When his symptoms became worse, he was advised to seek medical attention, but he delayed going to the hospital for several days. He died.
