Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

April 29, 2020, Employee #1 worked as a resident care assistant in an assisted living facility. She was working with COVID-19 positive patients as well as patients suspected of having COVID-19. On April 21, 2020, Employee # 1 was tested for COVID-19. This test returned a negative result. Employee # 1 fell ill shortly after and called out sick on April 22, 2020 and never returned to work. She died from complications related to COVID-19 on April 29, 2020.
