Employee amputates fingers while setting up machine

At 4:45 p.m. on April 27, 2020, an employee was standing on a platform, setting up molder heads by jogging a jamb through using manual mode. As the employee was watching the board go through the molder to ensure proper set up, the employee's right hand came in contact with the one of the molder heads. Three of the employee's fingers were partially amputated, and the employee sustained other unspecified lacerations and contusions. He was hospitalized.
