Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 10:00 a.m. on April 16, 2020, an employee died after assisting a medically fragile patient in their home. On or about March 26, 2020, the employee allegedly came into contact with an individual, who had not released that was COVID-19 positive, while in their home treating their medically fragile patient. On or about April 8, 2020, the employee was admitted into a hospital and placed on a ventilator. This employee died away as a result of these symptoms from COVID-19.
