Investigation Summary
On April 2, 2020, Employee # 1 was getting ready for work and complained to not feeling well. His family took his temp and it was very high so they took him to a local medical center. Employee # 1 was confirmed COVID-19 positive and admitted to the hospital. He died on April 13, 2020.
