Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

On April 1, 2020, Employee # 1, a supervisor in charge of production, lines, and scheduling, was working his last shift at the facility. He was doing his regular supervisory duties. According to the employer, Employee # 1 had notified the workplace that he was tested for COVID-19 on April 6, 2020. After he received positive results, Employee # 1 put himself in quarantine. On April 8, 2020 he went to the hospital, and remained there until he passed away on April 15, 2020, at approximately 2:58 p.m. He died from complications from the COVID 19 virus.
