An employee was working as a volunteer fire fighter for a borough's fire department. Somehow, he was infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the virus that causes COVID-19. At 10:00 p.m. on April 17, 2020, he died.
