Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 11:45 a.m. on April 17, 2020, Employee # 1 was working as a Physical Therapy Technician in the hospital days prior to becoming ill. While awaiting the COVID-19 test results, he was quarantining at his personal residence with his wife. Employee # 1 received positive test results for COVID-19 on April 11, 2020 as his condition continued to worsen. He was transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead.
