Employee is caught in or between mast and forklift and later

At approximately 1:38 p.m. on March 29, 2020, a coworker noticed that a nonresponsive employee wearing fall protection. When the coworker went to check on the employee, the coworker noticed the employee was leaning out of the turret truck and caught between the mast and the frame of the forklift. The coworker called 911 to the facility. The employee died from the injuries sustained from the accident.
