Investigation Summary
At 10:30 a.m. on March 18, 2020, Employee #1 entered a grain bin to break corn loose after a break. The employer had not seen Employee #1 in a while, so he and a coworker went looking for Employee # 1. Employee # 1 was killed by asphyxiation when he was engulfed by grain. Employee #1's body was recovered at approximately 4:00 p.m. by first responders.
