Employee Is Killed When Struck By Pipe

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on March 10, 2020, an employee was in the derrick/mon key board and was racking a back pipe that was being pulled out of the hole when a joint of pipe recoiled and struck the employee in the head. The employee was killed after the pipe crushed the employee's head.
