Investigation Summary
At 3:30 p.m. on February 22, 2020, an employee was removing sheet rock material from the ceiling of a loading dock. The employee began to descend the step ladder when he missed the second rung from the bottom and fell two feet and struck the floor with his knee. The employee was taken to a hospital for a knee fracture and later died of his injuries.
