Investigation Summary
On February 20, 2020, an employee was working at Standards Lab within an electric and gas meter manufacturer's facility and was calibrating the Radian portable metronic watthour standards. The employee collapsed in the hallway outside of the lab and several coworkers provided first aid to him. Emergency Medical Services responded and provided medical care. The employee was electrocuted and died.
