At approximately 10:00 a.m. on January 18, 1985, Employee #1, a plasterer, was on a scaffold, applying fireproofing material to the ceiling of a building when he fell approximately 45 ft through a window opening. He was pronounced dead at approximately 2:30 p.m. that day.
