Employee crushes chest when struck by flatbed trailer suppor

At 12:15 p.m. on February 10, 2020, an employee was manually disengaging the tandem locks while under a flatbed trailer and a coworker backed the trailer up. The employee was struck by the support beam and the front tandem support in his chest, crushing it. The employee was killed.
