Investigation Summary
At 11:35 a.m. on January 30, 2020, Employee #1 was installing flat roof panels on a pre-engineered steel building approximately 42 feet above a concrete floor. Employee #1 was moving a roof panel and fell between the roof girts to the floor. Employee #1 was not wearing fall protection and fell approximately 42 feet to the concrete floor suffering a broken pelvis, broken femur(left) broken heal (left) and was hospitalized.
