Investigation Summary
The worksite is a convenience store at a gas station. At 9:00 p.m. on January 31, 2020, an employee was restocking shelves in the cooler with plastic bottles of Gatorade. The employee was stocking the cooler, when her knuckle hit a shelf and caused her finger to become swollen. The employee was injured and received first aid but was not hospitalized. The employee returned to the hospital on February 2, 2020 and was admitted to the hospital.
