Investigation Summary
On December 20, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a construction framing company, was working at a job site for new townhouses. He was standing on a 6-foot stepladder and nailing hooks into a hanger beam inside the first floor of a unit. Employee #1 fell and was found slightly conscious. He was transported to the hospital, where he died January 4, 2020.
