Employee fractures arm in parking lot fall

At 2:45 p.m. on January 6, 2020, an employee was gathering shopping carts in a parking lot. When the employee was walking to gather more carts in the lot, the employee tripped over her feet and fell. The employee fractured her left arm in three places, requiring surgery to insert pins into her arm. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
