At 11:00 a.m. on December 26, 2019, an employee was unloading a rough terrain telescoping powered his semi-tractor trailer after getting his semi-tractor trailer stuck. The employee was crushed when the truck fell off of the side of the trailer and it rolled over on top of him. The employee was killed.
