Employee amputates fingertip when crushed by truck dolly

At 7:30 a.m. on November 18, 2019, an employee was unhooking a dolly from a truck. The employee was in the process of lifting and pushing back the truck dolly, when he slipped on the paved surface. The employee fell and placed his hand in line with the falling dolly and the hitch of the truck. The employee suffered an amputation to the tip of left ring finger. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
