Employee becomes ill after inhaling several chemicals

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on August 21, 2019, an employee finished cleaning, preparing, and cutting a chicken. The employee was preparing to clean and sanitize the area. The employee decided to prepare a different cleaning solution. She added to a cleaning sanitation bucket that contained some water the following cleaning chemicals: Bleach, Ecolab Lime-A-Way, P & G Spic & Span All Purpose Cleaner, and an unidentified degreaser. The employee became ill after inhaling a mixture of bleach, Lime-A-way, Spic & Span, and an unidentified degreaser. The employee was hospitalized to treat this medical incident.
