Investigation Summary
At 6:30 p.m. on October 26, 2019, Employee #1, a landscaper, got his truck and trailer stuck in the mud. He contacted his son and the son's friend to help get the truck and landscape trailer unstuck from the mud. The employee instructed his son to drive the truck while he pushed from between the truck and trailer. As the truck moved forward, the trailer struck and killed the employee.
