Investigation Summary
At 11:10 p.m. on October 10, 2019, an employee stepped between two trailers after checking the driver's identification and the truck driver pulled ahead without realizing the employee was between the trailers. The employee was run over by one of the trailers and was hospitalized. The employee died later.
