Employee twists knee after fall from same level

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on March 23, 2019, an employee was cleaning the sides of the machine. The employee was cleaning the sides of the conveyor on the Blender Mold Machine, the incline feed conveyor from blender to mold. As the employee tried to get down it, the employee slipped and fell on their knees and twisted their right knee. The employee was hospitalized for these injuries.
