Investigation Summary
At 11:30 a.m. on September 24, 2019, an employee was walking from the computer lab to the school office that was located across the road and stepped up onto the 6 inch curb. The employee tripped on the edge of it and fell to the ground, sustaining a subdural hematoma. The employee was transported by EMS to the UCI Medical Center and was given a high dosing of blood thinners. The employee died on October 7, 2019.
