Investigation Summary
At 2:00 p.m. on September 20, 2019, an employee was setting up to work on a production line. The employee was stringing line around individual rollers on a roll stand, when her right hand was caught between two rollers. The employee was hospitalized for treatment of spiral fractures to the third and fourth fingers, third degree burns on the bottom of the fingers, and a laceration on the third finger.
