Employee is caught between forklift and trailer while tighte

At 5:30 a.m. on September 19, 2019, an employee was installing a new tire on the rear of a trailer when forklift rolled down a ten degree incline and caught him between the mast and rear of the trailer. The employee was crushed and killed. Injuries included neck compression fractures and asphyxiation.
