Employee is killed in fall off of ladder

At 12:00 a.m. on September 16, 2019, an employee and a coworker were installing flashing onto a building between the outer wall and the newly installed gutter. The employee positioned a ladder between the building and some power lines approximately five feet away. The employee climbed onto the ladder carrying a load of flashing. While on the ladder, the flashing came into contact with one of the power lines and the employee received an electrical shock which caused him to fall off of the ladder. The employee was killed, by unspecified injuries, when his head struck a pile of concrete on the ground.
