Employee is killed when crushed between forklift and tow tru

At 9:00 p.m. on September 12, 2019, an employee was moving a Toyota forklift while closing down operations for the day. The employee reached into the forklift to start it and the forklift began to roll forward. The employee ran around the forklift to stop it when he was caught between the forklift and a tow truck. The employee crushed his midsection and was killed.
