Investigation Summary
At 10:30 a.m. on September 3, 2019, an employee was using a blower to remove grass clippings from a sidewalk. At the same time, a tractor trailer truck operator attempted to make a right hand turn at an intersection. The trailer tires jumped onto the sidewalk and struck the employee.
