On September 10, 2019, two employees were loading fabric rolls into a storage container when they were struck by a forklift and pinned against a pallet. Employee #1 died from crushing injuries and Employee #2 was transported to the hospital. Employee #2 was admitted to the hospital and treated for undisclosed injuries.
