Investigation Summary
At 11:45 a.m. on September 6, 2019, two employees were working inside a grain silo. Employee #1's wire rope lifeline came into contact with an energized electrical power line and was electrocuted. Employee #2 was using concrete tools to spread and shape concrete inside the silo and was shocked. Employee #2 was hospitalized and treated for electrical burns.
