At 3:59 p.m. on August 30, 2019, an employee was strapping a load to a truck bed when he was struck by a TCM Model FD40T8 Forklift that was being driving by a coworker. The coworker slammed on the brakes, and slid several feet before striking the employee. The employee sustained blunt force trauma to his body and was killed.
