Employee is killed when trapped by lift

At 12:00 a.m. on July 27, 2019, Employee #1 was checking on the safety of the pylons in a service area below the casino floor, using a JLG lift. The employee was found slumped over and trapped between the lift control panel and a concrete abutment above the lift. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
