Investigation Summary
At 3:31 p.m. on August 27, 2019, an employee was cutting a tree trunk that was about 35 feet long and 25 inches in diameter and, once cut through, the trunk fell towards the west side of the house. The employee started to run in the direction that the tree was falling and was struck on his head and right shoulder, killing him.
