Employee receives minor injuries when struck by falling conc

At 6:31 p.m. on August 19, 2019, an employee worked from a scaffold in a sub-basement during the pouring process of concrete onto a wall. At some point, a portion of wet concrete came loose, fell, and struck the employee, who lost balance and fell approximately twenty-one feet. The employee received minor injuries and was treated without hospitalization.
