Investigation Summary
At 10:41 a.m. on July 31, 2019, Employee #1 had custody of an inmate in the visit area. When the inmate's visiting time was over, the employee went with the inmate to the registration area. While alone in this area, the inmate hit the employee, causing bodily trauma, leading to his death.
