Employee is caught by flash fire and is killed; five others

At 1:00 p.m. on July 27, 2019, an employee was installing a bracket and a hot metal shavings produced by a drill that fell to the floor and ignited some propellant from spent ammunition casings. A flash fire occurred and burned the employee completely, killing him and hospitalized five other employees.
